An oasis away from the city. 

Independent barn completely renovated in 2016. The original structure of the barn, characterized by stone walls with an imposing central column sustaining the roof, was completely preserved.

The barn is still a big open space and the new white materials of the restoration are clearly evident.

The entrance is from the front private gravel court through a glass door into the groundfloor.

This space is made up of one room with sofas, a fireplace, dining area with panoramic window and a kitchen corner equipped with a gas range, stove, electric oven and fridge with freezer. A steel staircase leads up to the lofted double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower stall.

In the private garden there is a shaded pergola for al fresco dinners.
